HML Andertons – with its head office based in Croydon, Surrey – boasts over fifty years specialising solely in professional property management.  HML Andertons has a wealth of experience in all aspects of property management and can also offer ancillary services such as building surveying and insurance through other companies within the HML Group.

Our Property Managers look after the day to day running of private residential developments on behalf of Residents Management Companies (RMCs), Right to Manage Companies (RTMs) and Freeholders. Our Business Development team are also well versed in helping management companies with tripartite leases and embedded contracts.

From offices on the South Coast to our offices in the North West we specialise in the day to day management of privately owned residential developments across the country. We currently have 6 property management offices (Croydon, Kent, Aldershot, Bath, Knutsford and Eastbourne) and our company is constantly growing to ensure our clients always have a local office backed up by a multi-functional Head Office.

We tailor our service offering –  which will include service charge collection, inspections, Health & Safety assessments and the placing of insurance to name but a few – to provide our clients with a complete management service perfectly suited to their requirements. We recognise that every property is unique and believe our service should reflect this. In addition, HML Andertons have received accreditation through ARMA-Q and have proven our full compliance with the Charter and Standards, ensuring that our clients receive a fully regulated and transparent service.
