Contracts are all negotiated with a view to getting best prices without compromising on value and standard and we offer competitive and comprehensive buildings insurance. However there is no charging of commissions or introductory fees.
Hunter Grey are able to persuade all Leaseholders to pay fair service charges and have no long term debtors on any block sites and deal with assignments, Covenants, and Notices. We also offer Company Secretary Duties, Right to Manage consultancy and have extensive Leasehold Valuation Tribunal Experience. We can also handle freehold purchases and acquisitions on behalf of leaseholders.
