What you should know about us

There are a few key benefits to working with us, which offers each client transparency as standard, offering regular financial reporting and a passionate promise to guide you with honest integrity to help build a trusted relationship.

As our client, and through this regular exercise, we will regularly demonstrate how your funds are being spent. We do this with the addition of an expenditure approval cap providing peace of mind and security.

We are a sustainable green business. We are proud of this achievement which benefits our clients and the environment in a big way. Unless required, we prefer to conduct our business over email. This would include general letters, demands for payment etc.  We appreciate there is still some demand for postal communication, especially amongst elderly groups; therefore, we can still provide this service to those who require it.

We also provide regular live management updates via email. This means that if something goes wrong of significance that affects more than one person, like a lift breaking down, then we are right on hand to issue a mass live update in real-time, which helps our customers feel that we have a pulse on what we do.

Additionally, our fee structure is straight forward, limiting the number of hidden additional fees. For example, we offer a Gold service, which includes Company Secretarial Services and out of hours cover within one single fee.
