I haven’t looked at this since writing about Windrush Court, Burford. This seemed to be resolved after the intervention of David Cameron, but then wasn’t resolved as the freeholder had a mortgage and so had limited freedom of action. The properties, in spite of the problems, had held up in value far better than retirement leasehold. But I know it can be a nightmare. Should I write about your particular case?
