Co-Chairs of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Leasehold and Commonhold reform (APPG) Sir Peter Bottomley MP, Justin Madders MP together with Sir Edward Davey MP send their condolences to the family of the late Professor James Driscoll.
Professor Driscoll significantly contributed in highlighting the problems and abuses faced by leasehold and the many failings in leasehold legislation.
His contribution as Speaker at a number of APPG meetings and as Trustee of the Group’s dedicated Secretriat, Leasehold Knowledge Partnership was invaluable. He will be sadly missed.
