APPG gains more new members

Last month saw former housing minister Heather Wheeler MP join the APPG on leasehold and commonhold reform.

This month the APPG adds ex shadow Secretary of State for Housing John Healey MP, who now takes over the role of shadow SoS for Defence, and ex shadow housing minister Sarah Jones MP, who now takes on the role of Shadow Minister for Policing and Fire Services.

Adding three former housing ministers in less than a month helps boost the experience available to the APPG.

The APPG now has 166 members with representatives of almost every party including the SNP, even though Scotland abolished leasehold tenure some time ago.
